BEFORE YOU GET STARTED.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to help me understand who you are, why you’re getting in touch and what your project may involve. I recommend filling out a Project Questionnaire because I find that most clients prefer to have some time to think about their responses before the first meeting, rather than be put on the spot during our initial consult.

Please provide as much detail as you can. This will help direct and streamline our follow-up meeting, allowing me to collect all relevant information required to provide an accurate estimate for your project. Your information will remain completely confidential and will not be seen by anyone other than myself.
